Ingredients:
Fresh carrots, celery-chopped
One can of Chow Mein noodles
Ranch Dressing
Chop fine, equal amounts of
celery, carrots
mix together and set aside
cover tightly so the carrots don't darken
put in refrigerator..
Just before it's time to eat, take out
the mixture
set on the table with the Chow Mein Noodles
and the ranch dressing.
Place the noodles on plate, put the
carrot/celery mixture on top of the noodles,
then top with Ranch Dressing.
Kids love it, 'cause it's so crunchy!!!
